Our services include everything from giving personal care and homemaking to Skilled Nursing, Physical and Occupational Therapy.

A-1 personnel have the training and experience to provide care to patients with Alzheimer's and dementia, strokes, diabetes, heart conditions, and other chronic diseases.

Medicare will pay if the patient is Medicare eligible

• The patient generally needs to be home bound. This means his/her condition does not permit leaving the home without assistance of another person or supportive equipment.
• The patient's condition must require a skilled level of nursing, physical, occupational, or speech therapy on an intermittent basis.
• A physician must authorize the services.

Medicaid will pay if the patient is Medicaid eligible

• Patient needs assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing etc.
• A physician must authorize the services
• A-1 also serves patients eligible to receive services under the Medicaid Waivers, Managed Care Plans: Buckeye, Anthem, WellCare and Private Pay
